EXPLORATORY CALL
Understand client needs, desired timeline and budget

ESTIMATE MEETING
In-person walkthrough of work site; Discuss vision, design

ESTIMATE DELIVERY
Written, itemized estimate to include labor, materials and other project costs

CONTRACT
Sign contractual agreement and pay deposit

DESIGN
Work with designer to determine desired look, feel, layout, accents, etc.

PERMITS (if required)
Draft and submit permit requests to city office

MATERIALS
Order materials based on planned design
7
START WORK
First invoice due: Includes 100% of material costs and 50% of labor costs
8
PROJECT MIDPOINT
25% of labor cost due
9
PROJECT COMPLETION
Walk-through of completed work; Labor balance due
