Hire Stan!  I have recommended him to friends and real estate agents because of his quality work, honesty, and customer service. We hired Precision Home Improvement for a full master bathroom remodel. We met with a number of contractors and chose Stan based on his helpful design suggestions and competitive price. Stan’s entire crew pay attention to detail and ensure the work area is clean at the end of the day.  During our project we encountered sub-standard work from prior repairs which were causing structural issues. Stan explained different options and kept us informed on progress. Stan was very good and helping us get through all the hard work of just figuring out a design. After we got that far the nightmare of the city of virginiabeach to get a permit was terrible. I give 100 percent devotion to stan on all the long hours and days to resolve the issue by hiring a engineer to help us get approval. The build went great for are new front porch. We were out f town for almost the complete job. The trust we had with stan was just like f he was family to us. We had a few changes done and he was so helpful at doing this for us. Hos contractors and sub contractors were excellent. The final project was beyond what we were expecting. The lighting and be recessed was excellent the trimming was great with a new seamless gutter installed. The cleanup of job site was excellent. Precision Home Improvement has done a variety of projects in my home. Stan and his team have done kitchen remodel upgrades, a full closet demolition, drywall replacement and finishing as well as other renovation projects. He has also advised me on other home improvement projects - he gave me some great advice regarding a retaining wall on my property. He is professional, knowledgeable and cost effective.
